- All Sales Are Final: Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original abstract art, all artwork purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Custom Commissions Policy: * Non-Refundable Deposit: All custom art commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront before any design work or painting begins. This deposit covers the cost of canvas, paints, and initial labor.
- Approval & Final Payment: Upon completion of the custom piece, a high-quality photo or video will be sent to the client for final approval. The remaining 50% balance plus shipping fees must be paid in full before the artwork is packaged and shipped.
- Artistic Variation: Abstract art, fluid art, and acrylic pours are inherently unpredictable. While I will match your requested color palette and style direction as closely as possible, no two pieces are identical, and exact replication is impossible. By ordering, you trust the artist’s creative execution.
- Shipping & Packaging: We take immense pride in protecting your investment. All items are professionally packed in accordance with carrier instructions and shipped via Priority class, fully insured, with a signature required upon delivery. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.
- Mandatory Inspection Upon Delivery: Recipients must sign for and inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Once you sign for the shipment, the carrier's insurance coverage legally terminates.
- Damage Claims: If your package arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery from the carrier if possible. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours. Please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the process.
